With a special focus on working inclusively with young people, the day covered four essential topics: Body, Breath, Resonance, and Articulation. Time was also taken to explore the world of creative and expressive conducting suitable for working with vocal and choral groups.

Participant, Jessica Wilford, said that she enjoyed "learning how to break down/build up songs and material", whilst Ruth O'Sullivan found "learning the warm up techniques and harmonies very useful."
