Musicians Gary Hammond, Dave "Stickman" Higgins and Rikki Thomas-Martinez spent a day in June visitng the primary schools in the southern Derbyshire Dales villages of Brailsford, Longford and Sudbury to offer a series of taster sessions making music.

Whilst Dave, Rikki and Gary are talented and inspirational musicians in their own right, when combined together, something magical happens that is quite extraordinary.The obvious effect on the children, and the seemless way un which the musicians harnessed their enthusiam and energy, was a lesson in just how the arts can change lives!
