On their penultimate visit to Springwell Community School, Dave "Stickman" Higgins, Rikki Thomas Martinez and their cohort of music enthusiasts moved from the classroom to the studio.

The evening's work consisted of recording a new song the pupils had composed in two very different musical styles - Death Metal being one of them! All the pupils had a lot to learn in this new environment and worked hard to adjust to their new surroundings and the process of laying down tracks.

Next week they are back in the studio to work on the vocal parts which, although the two versions of the song use the same lyrics, will be greatly influenced by the style of the musical accompaniment. All being well we hope to host some excerpts from the finished tracks on this website in the near future.
