• "Pebbles in Ponds" - using music as a catalyst for rural communities in Derbyhire Dales and East Lindsey (Lincolnshire) to explore social and cultural identity

• Setting up creative collaborations between musicians in the East Midlands and world music artists from across the globe, in particular Indonesia and China

• Experimenting with new approaches to continuing professional development through action learning
