This year The Firebird Trust celebrates its 25th birthday!

Our patrons, Cellist, Matthew Barley and Julian Joseph, very kindly offered to perform for us.

The evening event on September 10th 2001 was held at the Djanogly Recital Hall at the University of Nottingham.

The evening was very well attended with lots of past Directors, musicians that have worked with Firebird past and present, friends of Firebird, participants and representatives of various organisations such as Arts Council England , New Perspectives and Richard Attenborough Centre in attendance.

As part of the decor for the event 4 posters were made up by designer Katherine Hodson including text from past Directors Sybil Burgess, Stuart Bruce and our current CEO, Simon Steptoe.
